All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and are valid and effective only in New Zealand. JURISDICTIONAL. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in Nelson, New Zealand. The Loggers Shop makes no representation that materials in this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access this Site from outside New Zealand, be advised this Site may contain references to products and services that are not available or are prohibited in your country.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS. When you shop with us online or through our retail outlets, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from The Loggers Shop, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price however shipping is non-refundable.

Review & Win Promotion – Terms and Conditions

• The following terms and conditions apply to the Review & Win competition organised by Loggers Shop (“the Organiser”).
• Participation in the competition is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental consent to enter.
• Participants must be legal residents of New Zealand where the competition is being held.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organiser are not eligible to participate.
• The competition will open as soon as this announcement is made and will close on the 31st of July, 2023 at 11.59pm NZST.
• To enter the competition, participants must:
• Place a review for any product available on the Loggers Shop website.
• Only valid and meaningful reviews will be counted. Invalid reviews, including those that are not understandable, clearly spam, or not genuine reviews of the product, will be disqualified.
• Participants may submit multiple reviews during the competition period. There is no limit to the number of reviews a participant can create.
• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions, or if the Organiser believes the review has been made by a non-customer or participant that has not purchased the product, or if the participant engages in any fraudulent or unfair practices.
• By participating in the competition, participants grant the Organiser the right to use their reviews for promotional purposes related to the competition and the Loggers Shop website. The Organiser may choose to publish, or delete reviews at their discretion. The Organiser may choose to edit reviews, but only for the purposes of removing personal information, correcting spelling or grammar errors, and will not modify the start rating or spirit of the review.
• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The selection process will be overseen by the Organiser or their appointed representative, whose decision will be final and binding.
• Three winners will be chosen, and each winner will receive a $100 Voucher to use on the Loggers Shop website. The vouchers are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
• Winners will be notified via the contact details provided during registration. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the notification, or if they fail to provide the required information to claim the prize, an alternative winner may be selected.
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the competition or the competition terms and conditions at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• By participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by the Organiser.
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third party, including social media platforms.
• Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy.
• By entering the competition, participants indicate their acceptance of these terms and conditions.

First Order Discount

Eligibility: The First Order Discount is available to new customers only and applies to their first purchase from Loggers Shop. Existing customers or anyone who has previously made a purchase from Loggers Shop is not eligible for this discount.

Exclusions: The discount does not apply to:

1. Items that are already on sale.
2. Items that are discounted for any other reason, including clearance.
3. Gift vouchers or gift cards.
4. Specific products that are otherwise mentioned as exempt from this discount on our website or in promotional materials.

Usage Limitations: The discount code is limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

Abuse of Discount: Loggers Shop reserves the right to cancel any order if we determine that the customer is attempting to abuse the discount system. This includes but is not limited to:

1. Making multiple orders with multiple accounts to take advantage of the discount.
2. Placing orders that are not genuinely a customer’s first order with Loggers Shop.
3. Any other actions that, in Loggers Shop’s sole discretion, are inconsistent with the intent and spirit of this promotion.

Validity: The discount is valid for a limited time only, as specified in promotional materials, and may be withdrawn or altered at any time without notice.

Modification of Terms: Loggers Shop reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting, and customers agree to be bound by the modified terms by continuing to participate in the promotion.

No Cash Value: The discount has no cash value, and is non-transferable.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

General: By using the discount code, customers agree to these terms and conditions. Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of the discount and/or the relevant order.
